Just to let you know we arrived back ok and are slowly getting over the jet lag.

My doctor says I am healing well and should be ok in a few weeks time.

Both Vanda and I really enjoyed our trip, saw lots of attractions and had a great time.

Manoj was a great driver and I understand that next time he is near Chennai he is going to take up crocodile wrestling! Just announce that at the next company get together and watch his reaction.

The Heritage at Madurai is without doubt well worth the extra we paid for the upgraded room. We could have stayed their for 2 weeks (money permitting).

Manoj suggested we ate at the Fern view Palace at Ooty, this was unbelievable a beautiful hotel and really good food.

A great 2 weeks.

May see you next year in Kerala.

First of all, Sorry for writing this review so late as I was tied up with some important things followed by the Christmas and new year n all.
I would like to thank your entire team for the wonderful trip as planned by you guys. It was indeed a memorable vacation that myself and my family enjoyed in Kerala and it was my good luck that we got to see the beautiful Kerala through your planning. Now I can truly agree with the tagline given to Kerala – Gods own country. You people are doing a wonderful job and keep it up !!!
I would agree to the fact that if anyone from my reference is travelling to Kerala, I would blindly suggest them your tour company.
I would also like to specially mention our Driver – JIJO who did a wonderful job of assisting us during this vacation. His driving is safe, superb and even the small restaurants or stops that he took for water breaks were good and hygienic taking into consideration we had a 10 month old baby with us. He was extremely co-operative, understanding and was genuinely helping us with whatever we were expecting in our trip to Kerala.
About the Hotels, starting with Abaam hotel – Cochin -> This is a must stay hotel if travelling to Kochi, the place is within the city limits close to market place. However the hotel itself had a good restaurant, Good rooms, ambience and presentation. The hotel staff were extremely co-operative and the service was up to the mark.
Bracknell Forest resort – Munnar -> This was the crown jewel of our trip, Extremely well placed hotel, good location and hotel design. I would recommend this to all traveling to Munnar to stay in this hotel if at all rooms are available J. The hotel rooms were upto the mark, hotel staff were co-operative and helping

Abad Green forest - Thekkady -> This was also a wonderfull place to stay. Good service all together.

Travancore -> This is also upto the mark of the remaining hotels as mentioned above. Good service and hospitability.

I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful holiday. Or driver Joy was brilliant, on time, safe driving, and found us the best deals on shopping (in thekkady) that we have found in India!

Thekkady and Periyar were our favourite, but the houseboat was a close second.

We were unimpressed with the elephant camp at Kothamangalam, which were rather heavily chained up both front and back legs. But we loved the elephant experience in Thekkady.

We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend you to our friends.

As you know Michael and I make our annual trip to Kerala , knowing that your  firm will do all the arrangements and look after us so well that all we have  to do is enjoy ourselves.

Sumesh is a man in a million. From the first time we met him as our driver  we knew there was something special about him. Both Michael and I felt it  without saying anything to each other and we miss him so much when we come  back to the uk, although we keep in contact regularly.
He is a huge asset to the company and I am constantly singing the companies  praises to everyone that asks me about Kerala which is like my second home.  . He goes out of his way for us to have all the wonderful experiences and  memories that will stay with us forever. Without him and what he does for us  and shows us , how he treats us , his manner and temperament ,his knowledge  and all his fantastic attributes , it would be debatable as to weather we  would constantly return like we do to Kerala . As I said before he is a very  experienced member of your team and a huge asset to the firm , and I hope  that his professionalism is noted.

Thank you for the perfect arrangements and well executed trip. Your team has proved that you are one of the best tour operators.

Brief feedback about every destination travelled:

We landed in Cochin on 21st Jan 2014 at 11.30 am. When I called on JOY’s contact number (driver), he had already reached at the airport on time but it seems he was given the wrong flight number (SG 231 instead of SG 131) and so was not there at the arrival point. It was not of an issue since he was prompt on getting the car from the parking in within 10 mins. The atmosphere was pleasant and we were greeted well by Joy on landing.
I would also like to appreciate and was surprised that Travel Planners really think about the comfort of their guests. I and my wife really liked having Innova as the first vehicle because of the comfort the car gives. I once again appreciate you guys for the warm welcome.
I would like to make special mention of Joy. He was well informed and was well versed geographically. We found he could understand both English and Hindi, which in turn was a boon to us. We had a very interactive conversation, which helped us understanding Kerala culture, people and the place. Please do extend our regards to Joy!
On the way to Athirapally, we had lunch at Hotel Athirapally as suggested by Joy and we really had delicious Kerala cuisine. We both being Vegetarian ordered for Kerala Parotha and Vegetable Perayam curry and was awesome.
The trek at the Athirapally waterfalls was good and the view was awesome.
After having pleasant time we headed to our hotel, The Villa Romantica.
On arrival at Villa Romantica, we were greeted by Jodhish. I completed the formalities with him and he handed over the vouchers for our itinerary. I was pre-informed by Soumya (Travel Planner representative), that I would receive vouchers for all accommodations at the Villa Romantica.
The Villa Romantica is the perfect stay for honeymoon couples. Peaceful, isolated from city traffic, esp if you are coming from city like Mumbai.
Blackberry Hills in Munnar was awesome. The view extended from the balcony was serene and peaceful. Thanks for putting up this hotel on the itinerary.
The best was the Hotel Green Woods Thekaddy. We received a very warm welcome and the staff was also very pleasant to interact. The property is worth mentioning and in our next trip we surely would visit again. Thanks for putting us up here.
To summarise overall trip experience, we actually did not make any mistake in choosing Travel Planners as Tour Operator.

We would definitely look forward more trips with you and recommend your name for southern trips to our friends and families.

Hi Sajitha,

I would like to convey my appreciation towards the services provided by tour organisers especially to Mr. Jeevan, who ensured that we were comfortably though out the tour. The package was well planned one.

This was a memorable trip to kerala for me & my wife. Especially the places we visited were awesome & beautiful.

1.       Villa romantica-a warm, quite cosy place with good food.

2.       Bracknell forest- one of the best place located amidst the forest where we had a very beautiful view of the landscape, very nice place for peaceful stay with family

3.       The Boat house was maintained very neat & clean, thanks to the crew who gave us our privacy & wonderful cruising experience on back water lake.

I would like to thank Mr Ratheesh who was excellent guide & very safe driver. He is one of the best drivers i have come across, especially safe driving in the ghat sections of Munnar.

Overall i had a unique experience travelling to kerala organised by The travel planners, which i would recommend to my friends & relatives. Looking forward for visiting again with entire family for a holiday vacation.

We returned to Mumbai last night following our trip to Kerala.  I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you.

When I booked the trip, your company was completely unknown to me and I really didn’t know what to expect.  Having spent the previous 9 weeks in the 5* Leela Mumbai, I was expecting the standard of accommodation to be of a lesser quality.  How wrong I was.  The quality of accommodation was varied and excellent, and the settings in Munnar and Thekkady were outstanding, with the houseboat being a lovely contrast.  The food in all locations was plentiful and delicious.

Our companion for the week, Subin, was a pleasure to spend the time with.  He was friendly, helpful and informative.  He was a big contributor to our extremely enjoyable week.

Having seen Kerala, I can’t see much point in exploring other States in India and we will be coming back, probably in 3 or 4 months’ time.  I look forward to discussing an itinerary with you at that time.

God’s own country!  I won’t argue with that.
