Program:Pick-up by 10AM at Heritage Madurai. Visit main temple in the AM. Visit craftsmen’s quarter (fabric stores, sellers previously located close to main temple). Leave for Karaikudi early afternoon. Visit of surrounding area (Karaikudi antique stores).

Evening: stay at Karaikudi. Hotel: Saratha Vilas Chettinad. (2 nights)

Program:Leave by 10 AM from Saratha Vilas to visit the area & typical Chettinad homes in the region.
