Today morning board train from Madgaon Railway station for journey towards Hosapate railway station. (Train dep @07.00 Hrs /arr @ 14.25 Hrs). Upon arrival you will be greeted by our representative and thereafter transfer to the hotel.
After refresh continue with the sightseeing tour of Hampi, here you can visit Virupaksha Temple, Hampi Bazaar, Achutaraya temple, Yantroddaraka, King Balance, Vittal Temple, Stone chariot, Musical Pillars, Vittal bazaar, Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stable, underground temple, Bhima gateway, Ganagitthi Jain Temple etc. Overnight stay at Hampi/Hospet.
(FYI- Since you have only half day for sightseeing, so we cover maximum possible places as per the time availability)
After breakfast proceed to Hassan, en route visiting Halebeedu & Belur. In between the journey you can visit Chennakeshava Temple, Kappe Chennigaraya Temple, Pathaleshwara Temple, Hoysaleshwara Temple, Kedareshwara Temple, Halebeedu Archaelogical site, Hoysala temple etc. Evening check into the hotel at Hassan. Stay overnight at Hassan.
After breakfast drive to Mysore, the royal city of Mysore is a mammoth, magnificent tourist paradise. Mysore, the city of palaces, is a popular travel destination in South India it is an important cultural centre of Karnataka. it was once the capital of the great wodeyar dynasty. it has largest universities in Karnataka. On arrival check into the hotel. After refresh proceed for a city tour of Mysore, visit Mysore palace, Sriranganatha temple, Daria Daulath bagh, St. Philomena’s church, Mysore zoo, The Gumbaz, Tippu’s palace & fort, Chamundi hills, Lalitha mahal palace etc, late in the evening drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Mysore.
After breakfast proceed to Ooty. Ooty, popularly referred to as 'Queen of Blue Mountains' is located at a height of 2,286 mts and was the first established hill station in India. The British founded this popular hill station in the early 19th century as the summer capital of the Madras government. On arrival check into Hotel. After refresh continue with the sightseeing tour of Ooty, which include Botanical Garden, Tea Garden, Rose Garden, Ooty Lake, Ooty Town Shopping, Doddabetta Peak. Overnight stay Ooty.
Today Morning enjoy a toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor (dep @ 12.15 Hrs/arr @13.15 hrs).Later continue with the local tour of Coonoor , here you can visit Sim’s Park, Dolphin’s nose, Ketty Valley Lambs Park etc.. Evening drive back to Ooty &Overnight stay at Ooty.
After early breakfast proceed to Cochin, on arrival check into the hotel. Evening Kathakali dance show.
Morning sightseeing tour of Fort Cochin. Here you can see the St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500 year old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals. Stay overnight at Cochin.
(NB - Jewish synagogue, Mattancherry Palace etc are closed on all Fridays & Saturdays)
Another breakfast drive to Alleppey, popularly called the Venice of the East, to see the winding canals and an amazing network of backwaters. On arrival, you will be checking in to a traditional Kerala houseboat which will take you on a fabulous tour of the backwaters. Evening also have an option for village walk. Overnight stay will be in the Houseboat.
Departure Transfer to Cochin Airport for onward journey. (If in case your departure flight is in the evening time then possibly you can visit the remaining sightseeing places in cochin, which is not covered in the previous night)
